Extrajudicial settlements

In case of contention between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of an extrajudicial settlement before the regional lawyer’s chamber of Celle (pursuant to § 73 para. 2 No. 3 in conjunction with § 73 para 5 BRAO) or at the conciliation board of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers (§ 191 f BRAO).
